We are seeking a skilled Service Plumbing Technician to join our team. As a Service Plumber, you will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Communicate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide solutions
• Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
• Keep your truck inventory up to date
• Properly complete digital invoices and estimates. We use Service Titan, a leading software in the industry
• Have and maintain a clean driving record
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Provide a 5-star customer service experience
• Participate in company-provided training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• Join a limited on-call schedule

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or equivalent experience

- Minimum 2 years experience as a service plumber

- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and customer service skills
