Winter is rolling in, and The Roosevelt is hitting peak cosy-cocktail season so we’re on the hunt for passionate, personality-packed casual floor and bar staff to join ranks in Potts Point.

· Have cocktail bar or busy restaurant experience (bar or floor)

· Know your classics (both cocktails and spirits)

· Can confidently run trays and own the floor

· Love a bit of theatre in your service style - we’re a showy venue, and yes, you will probably end up on someone’s Instagram story

What’s the gig?

Behind the Bar:
You’ll work alongside our Head Bartender during busy services, slinging cocktails with speed and precision. There’s space here for creativity too - help shape our seasonal menus, assist with private cocktail and whisky classes, and expand your spirits knowledge (we’ve got a whole wall of whisky waiting for you).

Whether you’re already a gun behind the stick or looking to level up and support the bar team, we’ve got room for both experience and ambition.

On the Floor:
We are looking for people who have a little flair for the dramatics but holds guest experience at the forefront of their service. We’re all about reading a room and tailor the experience, from intimate date nights to group functions.

· Shifts are reasonable (no 3am finishes!) We’re open Mon–Sun, mostly 5pm–midnight.
