### **Job Overview**

Tesla Diner, managed by Zero2one LLC, is seeking a personable and energetic Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, and upholding the high standards of our dining experience. Employment is “at-will” and includes an initial three-month introductory period for performance evaluation.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Guest Interaction:*

- Greet and seat guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide thoughtful recommendations.

- **Order Management:*
*
- Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen, ensuring timely and correct service of food and beverages.
- Coordinate with team members to manage any adjustments or special requests from guests.

- **Customer Service:*
*
- Address guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure an overall positive dining experience.
- Maintain a courteous and attentive approach to all guest interactions.

- **Service Excellence:*
*
- Adhere to established service standards and protocols to maintain a high level of quality.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager in ensuring seamless service throughout the shift.

- **Cleanliness & Organization:*
*
- Keep dining and service areas clean and orderly throughout the shift.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and professional environment in all customer areas.

- **Shared Tips Program:*
*
- Participate in the Shared Tips Program, where tips from customer transactions are pooled and distributed based on hours worked, position, and performance metrics.
- Understand that shared tips are processed on a monthly basis along with your regular pay, in compliance with federal and state labor laws.

### **Qualifications**

- **Experience:*
*
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.

- **Skills:*
*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- **Other Requirements:*

- Must be able to work flexible hours as dictated by business needs.
- Must present valid documentation proving identity and authorization to work in the United States (Form I-9 compliance).

### **Compensation & Benefits**

- **Hourly Rate:*
* $20 per hour
- **Benefits Package:*
*
- Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance at a defined contribution of $500 per month (eligible beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment).
- Two weeks of paid vacation, plus sick time, in accordance with the Employee Handbook.
- Paid holidays as per company policy.
- **Shared Tips Program:*

- Participation in a tip sharing program that complies with all applicable labor laws.
