Onboarding Coordinator at Fraley & Schilling – Knoxville, Tennessee

The purpose of this position is to process all driver applicants and determine if they meet the Hiring Requirements published by the Safety Department. Additional duties include: directing the preparation of drivers for orientation and reviewing applicant records.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage HireRight account and make decisions on which reporting packages best fit our needs
• Run background checks
• Verify employment history in the past 3 years for all drivers
• Audit all Driver Qualification Files (DQF) and determine if F&S and regulatory requirements are met
• Direct the preparation of Driver Qualification Files (DQF) and documents for orientation in a timely manner
• Assist the driver orientation process as needed (Manage each applicant's files, provide necessary documentation and meets with applicants as needed)
• Manage Enterprise Account and review invoices for accuracy and negotiate on pricing
• Book any rentals needed for the company and coordinate with other departments to ensure they are picked up/returned properly (this includes car rentals and hotel bookings)
• Manage La Quinta Account and review invoices for accuracy, correcting as needed
• Book all hotel rooms at La Quinta as needed
• Design and direct the completion of Wellness Check calls as drivers reach each threshold
• Assist with the Hiring Managers and Director of Onboarding as needed
• Assist and coordinate with the Marketing Manager as needed
• All other duties assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to operate a computer in an efficient manner
• Ability to type 50 WPM
• Ability to make decisions in a timely manner
• TMW file maintenance
• Ability to use Google Apps
• Ability to use TenStreet

Education & Experience

• Associate's Degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years of coordinating or related experience preferred

Schedule: Monday 6:30am - 4:00pm and Tuesday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Hourly Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 (depending on experience)
