Class A CDL Driver at We staff better – Lore City, Ohio

We are currently looking to fill two (2) Class A CDL Driver positions based out of our Lore City, OH yard. This is a great opportunity for experienced, safety-conscious drivers who want consistent local work with the occasional overnight trip.

Position Overview:

• Local transportation of equipment to and from various worksite locations

• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm

  • Occasional weekend work

  • Odd hours may apply for heavy haul loads

• Home most nights; occasional overnights depending on the job

Equipment Operated:

• Winch Trucks

• Standard Semi Tractors

• Water Bottles

• 550 Hotshot with Gooseneck Trailer

• Workover Service Rig / Snubbing Unit Moves

Compensation:

• Starting Pay: $28/hour

• After 30 Days (Performance-Based): Increase to $30/hour

• Daily Per Diem: $150 (when staying out of town — hotel, etc.)

• Driver Bonus: $125 for each rig or snubbing unit move

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Clean driving record and safety-focused mindset

• Experience with oilfield or heavy equipment transport is a plus

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours when needed
