This role offers a unique opportunity for an attorney with 4 to 8 years of employment litigation experience to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling federal and state employment laws, including wage and hour, FMLA, and anti-discrimination matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation matters before federal and state courts and agencies
• Independently handle all phases of litigation: hearings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
• Provide sound legal counsel on a range of labor and employment issues
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a dynamic team environment
• Demonstrate initiative and ownership of cases with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the management side
• Strong academic credentials and professional background
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws
• Proven track record of managing litigation matters independently
• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
