You enjoy being hands-on with clients and helping them succeed while pushing sales goals forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals – primarily with healthcare providers, clinics, and strategic partners
- Support onboarding and provide ongoing customer success management to ensure high satisfaction, engagement, and retention
- Collaborate with the product and operations team to tailor solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers
- Track, analyze, and report sales and success metrics using CRM and internal tools
- Represent XRHealth in webinars and demos, with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
- Provide feedback from the field to inform go-to-market strategies and product improvements
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales and/or customer success, preferably in healthcare, MedTech, or digital health
- Proven experience working in or with startups
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- A "builder" mindset – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Experience selling SaaS or medical device products
- Background in DME, RTM, or health reimbursement models
- Passion for virtual reality or digital therapeutics
