What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook, you’ll play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing hot food items according to recipes, standards, and guest preferences.
• Ensuring consistent quality, flavor, and plate presentation that exceeds expectations.
• Completing prep work, stocking stations, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized kitchen.
• Handling food safely, including labeling, storing, and rotating products properly.
• Assisting the Chef with ordering and collaborating with the Food & Beverage team.
• Bringing creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork to every shift.

• Minimum one (1) year of culinary experience (hospitality preferred).
• Hot line experience required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
