Deli Associate at MARUTA SHOTEN INC – Seattle, Washington

Duties:

• Prepare a variety of deli items such as sushi, obento (Japanese hot lunch), and Asian hot foods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area
• Operate deli equipment including ovens and fryers
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure quality control

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a deli, restaurant, or grocery store setting is preferred
• Familiarity with culinary techniques and food preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Experience with sanitizing procedures and maintaining hygiene standards in a kitchen environment
