Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent guest service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Operate front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and other guest-facing stations according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of assignments for all front of house positions, including front counter, drive-thru order taking, cash handling, drinks station, bagging, and dining room care
- Maintain speed and accuracy while processing orders and handling transactions
- Keep all guest-facing areas clean, stocked, and organized, including the front counter, beverage stations, and dining room
- Stay up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and operational procedures to confidently answer guest questions
- Work safely around equipment and report any safety or maintenance concerns to Leadership
- Maintain personal development by completing in-house training and staying current on any updates or changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
