About This Position
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an RMA Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Return Material Authorization (RMA) Department. This role is responsible for managing the flow of returned products, ensuring accurate processing, and coordinating repair, replacement, or credit activities in alignment with customer requirements and internal policies. Once part of the team, you will lead a group of RMA coordinators and technicians, monitor quality, and support continuous improvement in reverse logistics operations.
The RMA Supervisor will manage department workflows, enforce compliance with company policies, and act as a key liaison between customers, repair teams, and supply chain operations while assisting the RMA Department as needed.

The RMA Supervisor will manage department workflows, enforce compliance with company policies, and act as a key liaison between customers, repair teams, and supply chain operations while assisting the RMA Department as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities within the RMA Department, including receipt, inspection, repair, and return of customer products.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of RMA requests, including proper documentation and tracking in internal systems.
- Provide leadership and guidance to RMA team members, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with repair, quality, and engineering teams to identify/resolve recurring product issues.
- Work with the supply chain team to ensure timely communication and resolution of RMA cases.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for RMA operations such as turnaround time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, warranty policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory control for returned products, spare parts, and replacements.
- Enforce safety, organization, and cleanliness in the RMA work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Electronics, or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3–5 years of experience in RMA operations, repair services, or reverse logistics, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of RMA processes, warranty policies, and product return workflows.
- Familiarity with ERP or RMA management systems; SAP experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (repair, engineering, supply chain, and customer service).
- Must be able to sit or stand at workstations for extended periods, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
