This position is for an Admission RN. Hospice admit nurses play a vital role in supporting patients and families as they transition into hospice care. This position blends clinical expertise with compassionate communication and seamless coordination to ensure timely, smooth, and patient-centered admissions from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, or home settings. Qualifications:

Requires a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required. CPR certification. Additional certifications may be required for specified areas. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds. (Lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments.) Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
