Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: perform a variety of skilled plumbing, and electrical repairs, and maintenance. Repairs range from small repairs to complete remodeling. Painting, carpentry, sheetrock repair, janitorial, grounds maintenance, roofing repair, and installation. Knowledge and experience with HVAC is preferred.

Minimum one-year experience required
Must have a Valid Driver’s License
