Express Technician at PAMAL BROADCASTING – Albany, New York

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Express Service Technician to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:

As an Express Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance and repairs on Kia vehicles with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and other routine maintenance services
• Inspect and top off fluid levels, replace air filters, and perform multi-point inspections
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and tools
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership guidelines
• Ensure customer vehicles are handled with care and returned in excellent condition

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive technician training or previous service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and tools
• Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience at a dealership or quick lube center
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications a plus
• Familiarity with Kia vehicles or OEM systems
