Key Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with pediatric examinations and procedures
• Draw blood and administer vaccines with precision and care
• Maintain a friendly and comforting demeanor to ease children's anxiety
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and organization
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Support patient education and answer basic questions in a caring manner
• Adhere to all safety and health protocols to ensure patient and staff safety

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in pediatric healthcare or medical assisting preferred
• Ability to draw blood and give vaccines safely and effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Warm, friendly, and patient personality with a good sense of humor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and patient in high-pressure situations
• Certification in Medical Assisting or relevant healthcare training is a plus
• Compassionate attitude and a genuine interest in working with children

Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation. Must be willing to work day, evenings and two Saturdays a month. Must be willing to travel to three different locations. Must be a team player that is willing to make a difference.
