Description

A barista creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products. A barista is also responsible for performing all job duties according to company procedures in order to create an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with each guest
• Seek opportunities to educate guests about our products
• Suggestively sell gifts cards and other products that benefit our business and guests
• Process all transactions in a timely and friendly manner
• Manage cash drawer
• Prepare all orders according to brand recipes with both speed and accuracy
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment and workstations
• Open and close store according to company procedures
