What You’ll DoAs our Commercial Sales Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for commercial clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to delivery and follow-up. You’ll work closely with businesses, manufacturer representatives, and internal departments to ensure a seamless purchasing experience and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and fleet customers.
Prospect new business through outside sales calls, networking, and targeted outreach.
Create tailored vehicle solutions that fit each client’s operational needs.
Develop monthly sales strategies to meet and exceed performance goals.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-ups within the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales, financing, and delivery processes.
Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and commercial programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to commercial vehicle sales.
Provide exceptional service and support that fosters long-term partnerships.
Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales (B2B experience a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A results-driven mindset with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Proficiency with CRM systems and understanding of F&I processes.
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
