About This Position

We dont just place BCBAs, we support them.

Scoot is built around ethical and sustainable ABA practice. Our goal is to help you do high-quality clinical work while maintaining balance, professional integrity, and long-term satisfaction. This is a school-based, in-person, hourly role designed with clinicians in mind.

We are currently seeking BCBAs for the current school year, as well as clinicians interested in exploring opportunities for the 20262027 school year.

• Earn $60+ per hour (W-2 employment) - Hourly pay is based on assignment, location, and experience. We handle tax withholdings so you dont have to.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities vary by placement and are aligned with your experience and preferences. Depending on assignment, you may:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and collaborate on IEP and BIP development
• Provide modeling, coaching, and collaboration with site-based educators and staff
• Supervise Scoot-employed RBTs (In-person supervision preferred; virtual supervision may be considered depending on placement)

What You Will Need

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active BCBA certification through the BACB
• Commitment to ethical, collaborative, student-centered behavior support
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferred

• Ethical, sustainable supervision models that prioritize quality over volume
• Clinical support from a practicing BCBA Coordinator and a dedicated Scoot Consultant
• Advocacy for reasonable caseloads, schedules, and professional integrity
