Speech Language Pathologist (Cougar Mountain)-3,500 Sign-on Bonus at Gersh Autism – Issaquah, Washington

Gersh Autism is seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our team and work in one of our brand new, state-of- the-art classrooms in Cougar Mountain.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide appropriate and individualized therapy and interventions to students
• Collect data on student’s progress
• Assess students’ progress to inform continued instruction
• Support team with the development of social and language skills of their students
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
• Use Central Reach parent portal
• Demonstrate professionalism in classroom while adhering to the mission, vision and philosophy of AYM.
• Prep and clean up therapy space each day

Requirements

• WA License as Speech and Language Pathologist (CCCs)
• Understanding of the needs of students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities
• PROMPT trained
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency (e.g., data base, word processing, etc.)
• Some travel in between Bellevue and Cougar Mountain locations required to provide Speech services to students

Schedule

• 8AM-3:30PM (and once a week until 4PM for a team meeting)

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 100,000 USD per year(Cougar Mountain, WA)
