Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Chapters Living of Sharonville – Springdale, Ohio

• Assist with managing and supervising team of staff members including oversight of day-to-day operations to provide exceptional care and service to residents.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and their families to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as community policies and procedures, related to resident care and safety.
• Assist the Director of Health and Wellness with budget planning and management.
• Under the guidance of Director of Health and Wellness develop and implement programs and services that enhance the quality of life for residents.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, their families, and staff members.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in state of practice is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting is preferred.
