About This Position

Description: Production Team MemberDescription

Royal Chemical in Chattanooga is growing rapidly, and we are looking to hire Production Team Members for first shift!

Royal Chemical has been in business for over 80 years! We provide essential liquid and powder chemical blending, packaging, and warehouse needs for various industries.?

5:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Thursday, OT available as needed

What we expect from you?

As a Production Team Member, some functions of this position include but are not limited to:

Safe operation of production packaging lines

  • Label containers per customer specifications
  • Lift, pack, palletize, and stretch wrap filled containers
  • Perform or assist with changeovers on production lines
  • Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available
    Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup
  • Ensure quality product through inspection and following standard procedures

Experience/Competencies

  • Previous production experience preferred
    Previous forklift experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Must be able to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English
  • Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs regularly and consistently
