What You’ll Do:

As the Admissions Counselor at Alsana, you will be responsible for leading potential clients through the process of admission to gain access to the level of care they need. Some of your duties include answering inquiry calls and receiving new cases. Once a case is opened, you will function as a case manager, guiding the client through the entire admissions process, and acting as their point person.

• Answering phone calls and logging data
Scheduling and completing intake screenings
Guiding clients through medical clearance needs and requirements
Coordinating with outside treatment providers
Managing the process of insurance collection and collaborating with our verification specialists
Preparing clients for admission and coordinating the admission with the on-site team
Performing all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related mental health degree
Conversion (sales) minded with an ability to work with a sense of urgency
Ability to manage and process, contain crisis, and work within a system with many moving parts
