We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician II who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and isn’t afraid to tackle the tough stuff. If you’re the kind of person who notices what’s not working before anyone else does — and takes ownership to fix it — you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Keep our facility operating smoothly through preventative and reactive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Handle general maintenance tasks (repairs, painting, lawn care, snow removal, etc.)
• Coordinate with and oversee outside contractors
• Perform inspections and recommend facility improvements
• Track and manage work orders in our ERP system
• Respond to occasional off-hours facility needs

What You Bring

• Experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety and doing things the right way
• Valid driver’s license
