Berkshire Health Systems (BHS) is seeking a full-time Daytime Hospitalist Physician to join our dedicated team at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. As the region’s leading healthcare provider, BHS operates three hospitals and dozens of outpatient clinics, offering a full spectrum of care to our community.

Position Highlights

• Daytime schedule with a 7-on/7-off model (10-hour shifts)

• 176 shifts per year considered full-time

• Closed ICU with intensivist support

• Robust Internal Medicine Residency Program – opportunities to teach and mentor

• 20+ physicians in the practice, supported by 7–8 APPs and a strong per diem pool

• Meditech EMR system
