Product Development Specialist

Non-Exempt, Full-Time
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Product Development Specialist to support the accuracy and flow of product data across our organization. In this role, you’ll work across multiple platforms—including PIM, ERP/MIS, and e-commerce systems—to ensure product information is consistent, accurate, and delivered efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits
● $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
● Maintain and update product data across PIM, ERP/MIS, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency
● Coordinate product setup and updates across internal and customer-facing systems
● Troubleshoot and resolve product data and system issues; escalate complex issues as needed
● Support product development workflows in both structured and evolving processes
● Contribute to documentation and standardization of product development processes
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and technical) to support product enhancements and updates
● Ensure seamless integration of product changes across systems
● Review sign proofs and project documentation to ensure alignment with company and client standards
● Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
● Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent required
● At least 1 year of experience in product development, data management, or systems-based roles
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
● Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
● High attention to detail and organizational skills
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
● Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM systems, or similar tools
