Revenue Cycle Manager at DeCoach Rehabilition Center – Cincinnati, Ohio

DeCoach Recovery Centre, a local leader in substance abuse recovery, is currently hiring for a Revenue Cycle manager to work at our corporate headquarters in Sharonville. As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will coach and manage a team of revenue cycle specialists, oversee insurance verifications, billings, collections and patient registration. You will ensure that all financial operations are efficient and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of revenue cycle specialists, which will include medical billers, insurance verification specialists, prior authorizations specialists, and collections coordinators.
• Post payments by facility and by payer in the Electronic Health Record System
• Troubleshoot errors that may arise with the clinical team
• Review and improve revenue cycle processes.
• Comply with all new and current policies and procedures of DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre
• Work with administrative/team managers to improve the quality of services through on-going studies of existing services and needs assessment for improvement and revisions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited high school or college/university is required
• 1-2 years of Supervisory experience is preferred
• Prior experience in finance or revenue cycle
• Direct knowledge of substance abuse and behavioral health services.
