POSITION SUMMARY:The Part-Time HRIS Support Specialist supports Goodwill’s mission by helping maintain accurate employee data and assisting staff across retail locations, donation centers, and program sites with HRIS-related needs.
This role is essential in ensuring that team members many of whom are on the front lines of delivering services and supporting our community—have reliable access to systems that support their employment experience. THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION. LASTING BETWEEN 4-6 MONTHS.
Duties will also include but are not limited to:
- Enter and update employee data in UKG, including hires, job changes, and separations
- Support the HRIS Specialist with module setup and testing
- Assist in compiling data for audits, compliance, and program reporting
- Support the HRIS Specialist with data cleanup
- Assist staff in navigating self-service tools (timekeeping, personal information updates, etc.)
- Help maintain user guides and simple training materials for diverse audiences
External Hiring Range: $25-$30/hour

QUALIFICATIONS:- Associates' Degree OR
- Bachelors' Degree AND
Required Experience:
- 1–3 years of administrative, HR, or systems experience
- Experience managing HRIS system, preferably UKG
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a nonprofit, retail, or multi-site environment preferred
Schedule: approximately 20-25 hours a week.
