RN Supervisor, Employee Health at Central Peninsula Hospital – Soldotna, Alaska

POSITION SUMMARY: The Employee Health RN Supervisor supports the health and well-being of hospital staff by managing employee health programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment. This role serves as a liaison between employees, leadership, and external partners, and plays a key role in infection prevention, immunization tracking, and workplace safety initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• 3 years of clinical experience
• 1 year of Healthcare Leadership experience
• State of Alaska RN License
• 1 year of Employee Health experience preferred
