We are seeking a Medical Doctor (MD) to join our established, gynecology-only practice in the Phoenix metro area. • Provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care to patients across the lifespan
• Independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage routine and complex gynecologic conditions
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures consistent with training and experience
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and clinical staff within a team-based care model
• Provide clinical guidance and escalation support to APPs as needed
• Participate in care planning for surgical or complex gynecologic cases
• Ensure high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and evidence-based care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams to support informed decision-making
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as clinically indicated
• Participate in clinical meetings, peer collaboration, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support and uphold established clinical protocols, workflows, and practice standards
• Maintain active licensure, board certification, DEA registration, and continuing medical education
• Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and patient privacy requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD)
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited GYN residency
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gynecology
• Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Demonstrated experience in outpatient gynecologic care
• Ability to independently diagnose and manage routine and complex gynecologic conditions
• Experience performing office-based gynecologic procedures appropriate to training
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and high clinical standards
• Strong communication, professionalism, and collaborative teamwork skills
• Willingness to collaborate with and support APPs within a team-based care model
• Commitment to maintaining licensure, board certification, and continuing medical education
• Adherence to all clinical policies, regulatory requirements, and patient privacy standards (HIPAA)
