Senior Security Operations Lead at Auditoria.AI – Santa Clara, California

About the RoleAs we continue to scale, security remains our top priority. We are looking for a Senior Security Operations Lead to drive and own the security architecture, monitoring, compliance, and operations for our agentic AI platform.This role is not just about overseeing security, it’s about being hands-on, building and scaling a robust security operations function, and ensuring we meet the highest security and compliance standards while staying ahead of evolving threats.
Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement and operate our security observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Lead intrusion detection & prevention, threat prevention, and security incident response.
• Own and scale Identity & Access Management across our infrastructure and applications.
• Ensure and maintain compliance with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HITRUST, and other relevant frameworks while navigating complex regulatory requirements.
• Build and execute security best practices for a globally distributed service while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, DevOps, and compliance teams to embed security into every layer of our stack.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience leading and scaling security operations for a high-growth, globally distributed service.
• Deep expertise in security architecture, SIEMs, IDS/IPS, threat intelligence, and cloud security best practices.
• Proven ability to design and implement security monitoring and automation at scale fluently in AWS, Azure, and other AI Infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of modern identity & access management, authentication protocols, and security frameworks.
• Manage security audits and compliance for frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and beyond.
