Porter at Matheny Motors – Olathe, Kansas

Matheny Motor Truck Company is seeking a Porter for its Olathe, Kansas location! Are you someone who enjoys driving? We are offering competitive wages and benefits!

Responsibilities:

• Transports/moves lot vehicles to designated area
• Cleans vehicles
• Run errands or complete similar necessary tasks on behalf of the organization
• Clean and maintain designated areas, including shop, lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas
• Follow proper safety procedures and use protective equipment when necessary
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
