Shuttle & Parking Associate at Kingdom Harvesters LLC – Leola, Pennsylvania

The Shuttle & Parking Associate supports daily operations by safely transporting employees between designated parking areas and assisting with parking flow to ensure efficient, organized, and safe access to the facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth arrivals and departures while providing a positive and professional experience for employees and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport employees between designated parking locations during morning arrival and afternoon departure times
• Assist parking volunteers to maintain efficient parking lot flow
• Communicate parking issues, discrepancies, or safety concerns to Dispatch in real time
• Collaborate with the Operations team to support shuttle and parking solutions for onsite events
• Follow all traffic laws, organizational policies, and site-specific safety procedures
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to speak and read English
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality during scheduled shifts

Schedule:

M-F 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
