In this role, you will provide evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with developmental delays, focusing on areas such as speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and cognition.

GENERAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

2 years of experience is preferred but not requiredOpportunities for supervising up to 2 SLP-As with commission/bonus pay and caseload reductionAssess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting.Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective individualized treatment plansDevelop home programs and provide parent education/coachingCollaborate with a holistic team: OT, ST, PT, ABA, PYSCH, and parents/caregiversQuarterly Bonus and Commission PayVarious Compensation and Schedule Options

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PEDIATRIC SLP

Fluent in Spanish is a plusMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)State of North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS.Excellent Communication skills
