This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow strategic client relationships within the Aerospace vertical, ensuring operational excellence and superior customer experience. The Key Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, overseeing account performance, resolving escalations, and driving service improvements. You will collaborate across internal teams, including operations, product, finance, and sales, to deliver seamless, value-added solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, proactive problem-solving, and operational leadership while providing opportunities to contribute to the growth of high-value accounts. The role is fully remote within the U.S. and provides a collaborative and fast-paced environment where innovation and strategic thinking are highly valued.
Manage a portfolio of aerospace accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, performance monitoring, and timely issue resolution.
Serve as the main point of contact for escalations and maintain day-to-day communication with key stakeholders.
Analyze account performance data and provide regular reports, including metrics and client feedback.
Conduct business and service reviews to identify improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated services that support onboarding, expansion, and retention goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and project manage client implementations, ensuring accountability across internal and external teams.
Collaborate with R&D and product leaders to define and enhance service and product capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
2–5+ years of account management experience in aerospace, freight forwarding, or time-critical logistics.
Knowledge of aerospace industry operations or mission-critical logistics is preferred.
Proven ability to leverage technology to address customer challenges and improve processes.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
Collaborative, empathetic, and able to build strong partnerships with clients and internal teams.
Self-motivated, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and drive successful outcomes.
