HVAC SERVICE TECH

Schedule: Monday-Friday - this position schedule may also include evenings and rotating weekends based on the needs of the business

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 hourly plus performance incentives - Based on experience!

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Educate homeowners on the condition of their heating and cooling systems, clearly explaining findings, repair options, and recommended solutions
  • Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations that help improve comfort, efficiency, reliability, and system longevity
  • Perform system inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to identify current and potential issues before they become costly repairs
  • Install and service HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, controls, and related components
  • Communicate professionally with customers throughout the service call, answering questions and ensuring they understand the work being performed
  • Accurately document inspections, repairs, materials used, and recommendations in company systems and invoices
  • Partner closely with dispatch and support teams to provide a seamless customer experience and efficient scheduling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle and work area
  • Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and industry best practices
  • Stay current on HVAC technology, products, and service techniques through ongoing training and development
  • Deliver a five-star customer experience by helping homeowners make informed decisions about their home's comfort systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned


What We Are Looking For:

  • EPA preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of residential or light commercial HVAC experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
