Data Analyst – Warehouse Operations at Tellworks Logistics – Jeffersonville, Indiana

Location: IDC (Jeffersonville, Indiana)

This role is responsible for the day to day operational activities, Tier 1 IT tickets, and customer account activities (including order management, reporting/analysis, inventory monitoring, & project management activities). The candidate will perform duties as assigned under the direction of management to support the national wireless customer. An ideal candidate models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Interface with the customer, commercial organization, ITresourcesand internal support functionsIdentify, prioritize, and communicate functional and technical requirements to theappropriate cross-functionalorganizationsManage moderately tohighly complexsolutions; to support the organization and project management activitiesSupport the implementation and execution of proposed/new solutionsfor key development Maintaindaily open communicates with IT and operationsMaintain email communications andtimelyresponses to our customer

Qualifications:

Self-starter with expert verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical with strong problem-solving abilitiesDetailed data mining and manipulation(SQL experiencerequested)Moderate to expert user of MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software quicklyStrong customer relationship skillsAbility to work in a cross-functional environmentEducation: High School diploma or GED required; 1 year of program management/customer service experience preferred

2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm
