This role is focused on driving success for a portfolio of high-value clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. The Strategic Client Success Manager will guide clients in adopting and leveraging technology solutions to achieve measurable business outcomes, providing proactive support and identifying growth opportunities. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, translating client needs into actionable plans, and ensuring both retention and satisfaction. Success in this position requires a combination of relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering consistent results. This fully remote role allows for autonomy while connecting with clients and internal teams to drive impact. Occasional travel may be required for client events, training, or company gatherings.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of strategic clients, understanding their objectives, challenges, and goals
- Drive adoption, growth, and retention by proactively managing client engagement throughout the lifecycle
- Translate strategic client needs into actionable plans, including regular check-ins, account reviews, and tactical execution
- Build strong relationships across client teams to identify pain points and align solutions with business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams such as executive leadership, product development, marketing, and account growth to meet client performance expectations
- Increase product usage and client advocacy through education, strategic touchpoints, and referenceable initiatives
- Monitor account performance, identify risks, and recommend solutions to ensure measurable outcomes and long-term value
Requirements:
- 5+ years of customer success or account management experience
- 5+ years of experience within SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Proven track record driving client retention, adoption, and advocacy
- Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Technical aptitude and ability to translate complex solutions into client-facing guidance
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Undergraduate degree highly preferred
- Experience in real estate or understanding of real estate operations a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and travel occasionally for training or events
