Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, concourses, and restricted areas throughout the ballpark
• Greet fans and provide directions and assistance as needed
• Enforce ballpark policies and procedures in a professional, respectful manner
• Assist with crowd management before, during, and after games and special events
• Respond to incidents and communicate effectively with supervisors and emergency personnel when necessary
• Support staff and guests in maintaining a safe and orderly environment
• Remain alert and attentive throughout assigned shifts
• Assist with bag checks and access control when required

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-energy or challenging situations
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Previous security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience preferred but not required

Schedule & Environment

• Primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the Legends' home schedule
• Outdoor and indoor work environment in varying weather conditions
• Seasonal, part-time position (April through September)
