Job Description
Growth Operations & Strategy positions our people to win, fueling excellence in execution by optimizing process and engagement, driving efficiency through tools and insights, and unifying CCO teams under a connected growth agenda.
This person is responsible for delivering high impact enablement programs, transforming strategic priorities into execution plans that improve how our teams onboard, learn, develop, and stay engaged. This role blends program ownership, execution, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and execution of training for business development team members, including:
- Partnering with external training providers in the design and delivery of new and existing courses that are comprehensive and tailored to the needs of our sellers
- Managing relationships with internal and external training partners
- Managing CSCS sales related curriculum (ie. Sales Foundations, Sup Academy Customer Centricity)
- Supporting the integration of sales methodology training into our programs, processes and tools, ensuring consistency and alignment
- Supporting DHL teams in designing/delivering role specific training to BD community
- Tracking and reporting related to training for CCO community
- Facilitating training as appropriate
- Manage the development experience for our Analyst & Sr. Analyst team:
- Assess current state, design program to support development and career growth
- Provide onboarding and ongoing coaching
- Partner with sales leaders to identify efficiencies, best practices for role
- Support the communication and engagement strategy, including:
- Owning communication tools for the CCO Community (i.e. Teams & SharePoint)
- Maintaining relevant, up-to-date resources related to our sales methodology
- Partnering with internal communications team to identify/recognize accomplishments of pursuit teams across the organization
- Supporting recognition programs
- Supporting onboarding of individuals
- Supporting development initiatives (Site Tours, Lunch & Learns, etc.)
- Supporting CCO Analyst Connected Community development agenda
- Supporting CCO People Strategy agenda, including SCSC events and initiatives
- Supporting ELP/GMA/ALP presentation development and facilitation
- Leading or supporting projects and strategies that further the broader Growth Operations & Strategy agenda
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis on business administration, required
- 7-10 years of experience in Talent Management, Training, Development, Sales, and/or Sales Enablement, required
- Knowledge of best practices in talent management, organizational capability and adult learning, required
- Management experience, required
