Systems Engineer COOP at Integrity Technology – Fort Meade, Maryland

ITC is a woman-owned small business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Mid or Senior-level Systems Engineer or Senior Program Integrator to assist with COOP operations

Responsibilities:

The contractor shall assist the technical director with COOP operations for system and services in accordance with COOP guidance, serving as the primary resource for:

• Developing Confluence and JIRA Roadmaps (including workflows)
• Developing, documenting, and maintaining hardware- and software-version -control policies, procedures and build scripts.
• Configuring and operating approved configuration-management tools to store, track, and manage all configuration items across build, staging, testing, and integration environments
• Responding to technical actions for senior government stakeholders
• Supporting periodic testing of COOP operations, after-action reviews, and continuous-improvement recommendations.
• You must be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills. OPS experience is preferred.

TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).

Systems Engineer II

• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Fourteen (14) years’ experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Systems Engineer III

• TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Twenty (20) years’ experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Program Integrator III

• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted. Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred.
• In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted. Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
