What you will do

· Provide outpatient psychotherapy within the scope of your license and supervision structure

· Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation on time

· Participate in supervision, consultation, and team collaboration

· Maintain a consistent schedule

· Deliver ethical, professional, and culturally responsive care

Caseload and performance expectations

· Expected weekly session target: 15-25

· Timely documentation is required

· Reliable attendance and schedule consistency are required

· Participation in supervision and feedback processes is required

Qualifications

· Active Maryland associate license, such as LGPC, or LMSW.

· Strong professionalism and willingness to learn

· Good communication and documentation habits

· Ability to receive feedback and grow clinically

· Interest in outpatient mental health work
