About the Team & Systems

Our team builds the core logistics platform that powers:

High-volume order processing and real-time tracking Intelligent routing and dispatch systems (AI-assisted) Warehouse and sorting integrations Cross-border and multi-region delivery orchestration Open APIs for partners, 3PLs, and e-commerce platforms

We operate in a high-concurrency, data-intensive environment, where systems must handle:

Millions of parcel events and status updates Real-time decision making (routing, assignment, optimization) Distributed services across multiple regions

This is a system where scalability, reliability, and performance are critical by design.

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to contribute to the design and development of our core systems.

This role is ideal for engineers who have strong hands-on skills and a growing architectural mindset, and who are comfortable working in complex, high-scale environments.

What You’ll Do

Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to improve development efficiency and code quality Design and develop backend services using PHP (Laravel preferred) Build and maintain frontend features using React Contribute to system design and architectural decisions within your domain Optimize systems for high concurrency and large-scale data processing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features Integrate with internal and external APIs and logistics partners Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience ~10 years of software development experience Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks) Solid experience with React or modern frontend frameworks Experience building systems with moderate to high concurrency Good understanding of system design and backend architecture principles Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, including query optimization Familiarity with Redis, caching, and message queues Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / AliCloud is a plus) Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and Linux environments Experience using AI tools to improve development productivity Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Location Requirement

Candidates must be based in the Pacific Time Zone (PST)
