Nurtury is seeking a dynamic Program Director to lead our Learning Lab in Jamaica Plain. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with EEC and accreditation standards, guide staff development, and build strong partnerships with families.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and develop teaching staffMaintain compliance, quality standards, and smooth operationsSupport curriculum planning and program improvementOversee enrollment, schedules, budgets, and center needsBuild strong, respectful relationships with families and the community

You:

Are EEC Director II certified (required)Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in EEC or related fieldAre experienced with 3–5+ years in early childhood program leadershipAre strong in leadership, communication, coaching, operations, and team buildingKnowledgeable about EEC licensing, accreditation standards, and best practices
