Overview

The Ascendancy Group is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to oversee and manage daily planning, execution and profit / loss of a rigorous assessment, selection and training program for a SOF customer. This is a full-time position with daily place of performance in the Northern Capital Region (NCR) with ability to travel in CONUS as required to ensure quality control.

Security Requirement:

• Current Top-Secret security clearance with access to SCI, and willingness to submit to a CI poly is required.

Position Requirements:

• To qualify, individuals must be able to clearly and concisely articulate:

o How their technical skillsets and experiences are relevant to the position and mission.

o Examples of working cohesively within a small team environment with references.

o Ability to be a behavioral and cultural fit for a high-performance customer with exacting standards.

• Candidates must possess:

o A minimum of ten (10) years' experience directly supporting one of the following organizations / units. Over twenty (20) years' experience is preferred:

· Paramilitary Operations Officer (PMOO)

· United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC)

· Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC)

· Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSOC)

· Naval Special Warfare (NSW)

o Category 1 Collector Certification
