JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing support to the PACS Coordinator and training of individuals on the PACS system. Acts as a support individual for electronic data storage for Radiology, Cardiology, and Surgery. Instructs, mentors, and assists students, employees, and physicians with PACS processes. Train Radiologist on the use of dictation voice recognition reporting system. Maintain and monitor system accounts and severs. Collaborates with I.S. during implementation of new software.

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Radiology, grduating from an accredited ARRT school OR minimum of five (5) years Radiology IT experience.
  • Prior experience of EPIC and Scrimage or other PACS platforms.
  • Customer Service.
PREFERRED:
  • N/A
License/Certifications/Special Requirements:
  • ARRT Registered if Radiology Tech
Pay Status:
Non-Exempt Hourly
