The Site Selection Diligence Consultant is a critical component in supporting site selection programs by ensuring diligence activities are executed, tracked, and organized efficiently. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing documentation, and maintaining visibility across multiple diligence workstreams. What you’ll do…

• Initiate preliminary (desktop) diligence activities by sending kickoff communications to cross-functional teams (water, environmental, civil, geotechnical, etc.)

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm scope, materials, and required inputs prior to diligence execution

• Track all incoming deliverables across diligence workstreams and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion

• Maintain structured folder systems and organize documentation across sites, including signals, scopes, and reports

• Apply consistent naming conventions and ensure all documentation is complete and properly filed

• Record and maintain key milestone dates, including kickoff, scope receipt, and report completion

• Identify gaps in deliverables and escalate issues to leadership as needed

• Coordinate and schedule cross-functional review sessions once all diligence reports are received

• Support detailed (invasive) diligence execution by assisting with procurement kickoff and vendor coordination

• Prepare and distribute RFP communications and supporting documentation to vendors

• Set up and manage external data rooms to ensure all materials are organized and accessible

• Manage RFIs by routing questions and tracking responses to ensure timely resolution

• Track proposal timelines and organize submissions according to established structures

• Support approvals processes by maintaining trackers and assisting with business case materials

• Own coordination, tracking, and organization across all diligence activities to ensure alignment and execution

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Experience supporting project coordination, diligence, or similar workflows in construction, real estate, or infrastructure environment.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain structured documentation

• Experience working with trackers, file management systems, and cross-functional teams

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting site selection or diligence programs

• Familiarity with data center, capital projects, or infrastructure environments

• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
