We are seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join our seasonal staff.

General Summary of the physical working demands and working environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment where there is exposure to noise, heat, cold, conveyor systems, moving packing equipment, and forklift traffic.
• Ability to maintain high levels of activity or productivity; operating with effectiveness, and work quality.
• Requires the use of personal protective equipment such as high visibility safety vests, gloves, eye protection, and hair nets.
• Ability to work for prolonged periods standing in a single location or walking on different or uneven surfaces.
• Work in hot outdoor/indoor environments or cold storage environments.
• Requires constant pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and grasping materials or fruit.
• Requires going up and down stairs to reach certain workstations.
• High level of manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Constant repetitive movement of hands, fingers, and wrists.
• Adequate color vision to distinguish printed or physical fruit shades/colors.
• Ability to work prolonged hours overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at times.
