Remote Lead Product Designer
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer - REMOTE. The ideal candidate will have a profound impact on the product experience within a global team dedicated to enhancing the lives of home service professionals. You will independently lead design projects that span various teams, utilizing your expertise in design systems and user psychology. Accountabilities- Lead complex product design efforts that impact multiple teams or product areas
- Conduct deep discovery and usability research to identify product opportunities and guide design direction
- Define and drive design strategy that balances user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Create detailed user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals across web and mobile platforms
- Leverage AI tools to rapidly create functional prototypes that simulate real product behavior
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Establish and uphold design standards by contributing to and evolving the design system
- Present and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders at various levels
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior designers
- Partner cross-functionally to align teams on product vision and execution
- Continuously iterate based on feedback, metrics, and evolving user needs
- 6+ years of professional experience in product design, preferably in SaaS and/or mobile-first environments
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, product impact, and strong execution across platforms
- Fluency in Figma and design system tools (i.e. Figma, Zeroheight, Storybook)
- Experience using AI tools or functional prototypes to validate product direction and interaction quality
- Working knowledge of front-end development and platform-specific constraints for web, iOS, and Android
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
