Full-Time, Exempt Position

Job Summary

The Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA is looking for a high-impact leader to build, scale, and lead our enrichment programming.

This is not a maintenance role—we are seeking someone who can take ownership of a growing portfolio of non-core youth programs and turn it into a thriving, innovative, and revenue-generating pillar of our organization.

The Enrichment Director will oversee and expand programs, including arts, dance, gymnastics, martial arts, STEM, music, archery, and emerging program areas. This leader will be responsible for both day-to-day execution and long-term growth, ensuring programs are not only well-run but continuously evolving to meet community demand.

Under the direction of the Executive Director at the TCF YMCA, this position will lead strategy, operations, instructor development, and program expansion. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and entrepreneurial, with a clear ability to build systems, develop people, and grow programs.

Evenings and weekends are required based on program needs.
