What You'll Do

Lead the Bar Like a Pro

Take charge of daily bar operations while keeping the space clean, organized, and running seamlessly. Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking to ensure we’re always ready for service.

Inspire & Lead Your Team

Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of bartenders and barbacks. Create schedules, provide coaching, and lead performance conversations that help your team shine.

Create Unforgettable Guest Experiences

Set the tone for exceptional service—making sure every guest feels the vibe from the first sip to the last. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Elevate the Beverage Program

Bring creativity behind the bar by curating exciting, trend-forward cocktails. Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure every drink meets our high standards.

Own the Numbers

Keep a close eye on performance—track sales, manage costs, and identify opportunities to increase profitability. Implement smart strategies that drive results.

Stay Compliant & On Point

Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations. Train and guide your team on responsible alcohol service.

Bring the Energy

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and beverage trends
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive work environment
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory controls, and cost management
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance
